Placing Your Order

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion, but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorised for the transaction. We will contact you if there are any problems with these issues. Fulfilment of orders will be subject to availability.

If an order is gateway rejected due to our security settings, please note that if you attempt the order multiple times the bank will hold these funds in a pending status for up to 5 working days. Please do not re-attempt your orders and contact the customer service team on info@systemofmotion.co.uk who will be able to assist you.

We try to ensure that pictures of the goods on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.

We will send you an e-mail confirmation receipt of your order. The contract between System of Motion and the User/Buyer becomes binding when we send you an invoice (with your goods).

Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards and PayPal.

All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, System of Motion uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. We process all payments using Shopify Payments secure e-payments system. This system ensures that all sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database and protected by multiple firewalls.

Tax

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate (20%). Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Cancellation Policy

Consumer Cancellation Rights 2013. This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you purchase goods online or by phone.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your contract for a full refund no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive your System of Motion goods.

Your right to return products does not apply to goods made for your specification, that have been clearly personalised or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, by email to info@systemofmotion.co.uk within 14 calendar days starting the day after you receive your order before the order is returned.

If your order has already commenced the processing stage, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our Returns Policy Instructions detailed above however please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our Free Returns service does not apply to cancelled orders.

The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt.

The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

At the point of reimbursing you for your cancelled order, we will also reimburse your standard delivery costs (if applicable). In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2013, we will only refund standard delivery charges if the entire order is returned, but if only part of the order is returned we are not obliged to refund any of the delivery charge.

Liability

If you have a valid claim in respect of any of the goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification in accordance with these terms, we shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the faulty part in question) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). We shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect loss. 
Our aggregate liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by you.

Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we accept unlimited liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Variation of Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website from time to time.

Governing Law
